Agnès Parmentier as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will focus on strengthening the company’s talent and culture to support business expansion.
Alan Quéméneur – Chief Growth Officer
Alan Quéméneur brings a wealth of experience in strategic growth, market expansion, and customer-centric innovation to his new role as Chief Growth Officer at UNITED CAPS.
As CGO, Alan will focus on developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, driving product innovation, and strengthening customer engagement. His expertise will be essential in advancing their mission to deliver high-performance caps and closures that enhance product differentiation and sustainability.
Prior to joining UNITED CAPS, Alan held key leadership roles at Berry Global and Albea Group. He holds a master’s degree in Plastic Engineering from ISPA Alencon, France, and completed the Strategic Management Program at Ashton Business School.
Agnès Parmentier – Chief Human Resources Officer
Agnès Parmentier joins UNITED CAPS as CHRO, bringing 14+ years of experience in HR leadership, global workforce planning, and talent development. Her expertise in optimizing HR structures, fostering an inclusive culture, and strengthening employee engagement will play a critical role in enhancing their employer brand and ensuring a future-ready workforce.
